- Boosting soft and hard skills.

- Turning blocking behaviors and attitudes into levers for success.

FRIDAY’S COACHING
60 minute individual sessions for people seeking continuous improvement.
Especially aimed at active leaders and potential leaders looking for new opportunities and professional challenges.
Based on the Kaizen mentality, it is about defining small steps that help us improve day by day, but that do not block our brain.
The sessions are held on Fridays at the end of the business and focus on:
- Collect the things that have gone well during the week and those that we would like to improve.
- Do a retrospective of the lessons learned from the week.
- Choose an improvement area to work on.
- Define a specific and achievable action plan.
The frequency of these sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly.
