A Team Building is an event in which we work to bring to the surface and work on all the variables that make up the relationships within a team, and especially the emotional ones. Developing team activities outside the office strengthens labor and human relationships, cohesion, motivation and increases team performance.

SERVICE DETAILS: HOW WE WORK
[AND HOW WE CREATE THE PERFECT TEAM BUILDING FOR YOUR TEAM]
Our goal is to design the activities and themes that best suit your team and context.
We prepare a fun day combining dynamics to work on team values:
- Trust
- Communication
- Conflict management
- Collaboration
With more relaxed games for the team to get out of its work context and bring out its more human and emotional side. Among the games we include:
- Olympics
- Mime
- Drawing and painting
- Art: singing and/or dancing
The dynamic lasts for a working day and includes several breaks for breakfast and lunch. The standard schedule would be from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., adaptable to each situation.
In case of requesting the service in person, we take care of booking the physical space and hiring the catering, and we add it to the cost of the proposal.
We offer the online service through zoom, which allows us to create rooms and teams to get the most out of the dynamics.
We carry out team building with a maximum of 3 teams. Depending on the number of teams, the dynamics are combined and competitions can be held.
